Shipping
All in stock items non NFA items will ship via UPS within 2 business days, NFA items will ship to
your dealer within 2 business days after the Form 3 is approved. Tracking will be sent to the
email you provided at the time of the shipment.
Fox Creek Arms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please contact UPS
If an item is in backorder status and you choose to order now and wait tracking will be provided
at the time the order is fulfilled. We try our best to meet the estimated times listed on
backordered products.
Returns
We will gladly take back any damaged or defective products within 30 days of receiving your
order. Your product will be exchanged or refunded
Returns on non defective products
Any non defective products can be returned with a 20% restocking fee to cover shipping and
card processing fees. Products must be un used and in their original packaging.
Orders Canceled prior to shipping will not be subject to fees
